How do I know what cap size to pick?
One size fits all? We don’t believe in that. Every head is unique and the right fit will make a huge difference. That's why every Athletic Twelve cap is available in two sizes: S/M for a standard fit and L/XL for larger head sizes. Check our size guide here. Still unsure? What is the difference between S/M and L/XL?
S/M is our standard fit, equivalent to a regular "one size fits most" cap. L/XL offers a roomier fit designed specifically for larger head sizes. Both sizes have an adjustable snap closure so you can fine-tune the fit. Not sure which to choose? Check our size guide.
What is the difference between a baseball cap and a snapback?
A baseball cap has a curved brim, while a snapback has a flat brim. Both styles are available in the Athletic Twelve collection
What is the difference between a baseball cap and a trucker cap?
A baseball cap is made entirely from cotton and has a soft, structured front panel. A trucker cap has a mesh back panel for extra ventilation, great for warmer days. Both are available in the Athletic Twelve range.
Are the caps official club merchandise?
Our caps are not standard club merchandise. They are premium streetwear caps made in official collaboration with the clubs: N.E.C. Nijmegen and Sparta Rotterdam. Every cap is built with premium materials and 3D embroidered club logos, designed to be worn on and off match day.
How do I care for my cap?
Hand wash only in cold water with mild soap. Air-dry on a rounded object to preserve the shape. For the trucker cap: Air-dry upside down on a flat surface to preserve the flat brim's shape. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron or bleach.

We ship from the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times?
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2-4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days
- Outside Europe: 5-14 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders above €90 within the Netherlands.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the cap is unworn and in its original condition. Full details in our Return policy.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is at your own expense. The costs will be deducted from your refund.

Which clubs does Athletic Twelve collaborate with?
We currently collaborate with N.E.C. Nijmegen and Sparta Rotterdam. More club collaborations are coming soon.
Does Athletic Twelve donate to charity?
Yes. With every sale, 1% goes to a charitable cause connected to our club partners. Through our collaboration with N.E.C. Nijmegen we support Gezondrijk Nijmegen. Through our collaboration with Sparta Rotterdam we support De Betrokken Spartaan.
